Make Emergency & Permanent Repairs
Super Metal works on all types of metal. Rebuilt shafts, keyways, cracked blocks, gear boxes and worn or spun bearing housings. Cures at ambient temperature. Make on-site repairs and thereby saving costly R & R and down time. Rebuild threads without drill or tap. Use forming procedures to rebuild parts instead of costly new replacements.
With welding impossible and downtime critical, Belzona® Super Metal™ was used to repair this bearing housing quickly and cost effectively.
